La Bastide du Petit Clos is a 19th century Catalan farmhouse situated in Perpignan close to the Via Domitia, in the Pyrenees Orientales in the Languedoc Roussillon area. The buildings are completely renovated with an art deco and contemporary design whilst conserving all the original features -  stone walls, Catalan tiles, mosaiques, friezes, mouldings, etc.
We have 2 luxury gites with swimming pool that sleep up to 8 (gite JADE) and 14 (gite AMBRE), in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon close to:

• Collioure and the Mediterranean beaches (Argeles, Canet, Port Vendres, Banyuls...).
• Make the most of the Pyrenees and its ski resorts (Font Romeu, Les Angles and Andorra).
• 15 minutes from the Spanish border (Cadaques, Rosas, Lloret, Barcelona, Port Aventura...).
• A9 motorway (Perpignan Sud exit 2 km away).

This maison de maitre was renovated in 2008 by its new owners who have a particular passion for old stone and design; 2 gites for rent in Perpignan; fully equipped with top of the range appliances.
